Nicolas is an engineer and has extensive experience in the road industry from site engineering to international contracting and business development. He is the co-founder of ORIS and its CEO. Aside from sustainable road pavement designs, he is passionate about fusion-jazz musics and enjoys sailing on the Atlantic coast.

Renaud holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and has extensive experience in road construction, from traditional designs to their digital visualization. He is the co-founder of ORIS and its COO. Living innovation as a journey, you might see him ski touring in the mountains or setting the game on a volleyball field.

With 15 years experience in Data management and business intelligence in construction materials industry, Laurent drives the ORIS data team, leveraging data into innovative customer oriented solutions and valuable actionable insights. Aside from his enthusiasm for data and sustainable solutions, he is a huge fan of outdoor sports especially running and cycling.

André is a software architect with more than 7 years experience in cloud-native platform development and operations to accelerate new digital businesses. He is responsible for the technical solution of the ORIS. In addition to his enthusiasm for digital, sustainable solutions, he enjoys spending time playing guitar or playing soccer.

Elodie has more than 10 years of experience in communications and public affairs in the building materials sector as well as in the hospitality industry. She is responsible for ORIS' stakeholder engagement, including sustainability, investor relations, communication and public affairs. While sustainable businesses are her professional drive, sewing her kids’s clothes and growing tomatoes on her balcony are her weekend passions.

After studying Philosophy, Jeanne graduated with a master degree specializing in Public relations and Influential Communication. She is now working in the Communication and Public affairs team of ORIS, trying to speak out the uniqueness and efficiency of ORIS platform use towards more sustainable infrastructure. Apart from her interest and readings in social sciences, Jeanne is also fond of sailing, getting on a boat whenever she can.

Sabrina's role at ORIS is to develop the Sales & Marketing strategy and manage the team to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Sabrina has 20 years' experience in marketing, sales and digital strategies in the tech industry in France and abroad, working in start-ups, scale-ups and fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, where she spent 10 years. Spending time outdoors and hiking in the mountains with her family is what makes her very happy!

Caroline has more than 10 years of experience in human resources in pharmaceutical industries. She is responsible for human resources, compliance and all administration subjects for ORIS. Besides her enthusiasm and her hiking travel passion, you may be surprised by her maine coons walking by during video meetings.

Guilhem is a BIM expert responsible for the technical development of the ORIS plugin.
After graduating from INSA Lyon in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning, he continued his studies with a Master's degree in Management, Technology and Innovation at Grenoble Ecole de Management, doing a work-study placement at Artelia. This experience enabled him to learn more about BIM. Guilhem then gained experience in the nuclear sector at Framatome, where he helped them make the transition to BIM. Outside of work, Guilhem is passionate about birds (and dinosaurs, although he sees them less often).

Passionate about data treatment and optimization with Python, Danilo has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Materials Science for Sustainable Construction from the École des Ponts ParisTech. Danilo works within the data team on  geographic and climate data for resilience analysis of highway projects. Danilo loves climbing and playing the piano.

Léa is a materials engineer for innovation and sustainable development. She joined ORIS as a project and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) engineer. Convinced that the discovery of other cultures is important for personal development, Léa encourages students to go abroad for internships through her association IAESTE. In her free time, she travels through her reading of novels or during trails.

Robin is a chartered civil engineer, with over 25 years of experience in road pavement engineering in the UK. His latest role was as Senior Pavement Advisor for National Highways. He is ORIS's Director of Consulting UK. A father of two, Robin enjoys long country walks, cycling and photography in his spare time.

Alain is a civil engineer with a masters in material science for sustainable construction. He is Project Director at ORIS. As a scout for 16 years, he enjoys camping and discovering new places during his free time and is also passionate about football.

Guillaume has a broad background on data, business intelligence, full stack development, decision model and machine learning.

Koji joined ORIS as CO₂ / LCA expert after working as an LCA researcher at multiple scales from materials to building and infrastructure. His main role in ORIS is to make life cycle modeling and carbon footprint analysis scientifically robust for right decision making and to accompany all the actors in the road infrastructure towards more sustainable actions. His technical background includes a wide experience in environmental product declarations (EPD) and dynamic LCA. Born and grown in the middle of buildings in Tokyo, he admires the beautiful Alps mountain where he started enjoying snowboarding during his Ph.D. in Grenoble. He is a big fan of badminton that he himself has been practicing for more than 15 years.

Passionate about creative jobs and IT, Quentin became a web developer after a master's degree in IT project management, specialized in software solutions. His role at ORIS is to develop the front end and back end application: implementing new features, fixing bugs and improving the quality/performance of the platform. In his free time, he likes to travel, discover new technologies and play with his guitar!

Florian brings over 10 years in applying strategic thinking and entrepreneurial methods to support corporations and ventures to successfully define and manage their path through the digital area and ambitious growth paths. His ambition with ORIS is to give all players of the infrastructure construction ecosystem access to data knowledge on materials, carbon and the impact of climate change in order to build more sustainable and resilient infrastructure. When not thinking about growing professionally or personally, he is mostly found in nature doing all different kinds of sport with his friends.

After more than 10 years o experience in technical/industrial positions in the building materials sector, Gérard moved to “digital” solutions (programming, data analysis, data science) in the ORIS data team. In his spare time, playing music, drawing and painting are his hobbies.

Hugo is a civil engineer and has extensive experience in road construction and public works from construction sites to engineering consulting firms. He is the ORIS project manager in charge of the consulting offer. Passionate about sustainable and innovative infrastructure projects, he enjoys playing and refereeing field hockey but when he is far from the field hockey pitches, you might meet him in a high mountain refuge after a long day of trekk.

Victor has a master's degree in computer development, and works at ORIS as a web developer. He loves working with the most efficient and latest development technologies. When he is not behind his screen, you might see him riding his bike in the mountains.
